Payment Methods:

Once your visit has been processed and paid by insurance, a statement demonstrating any outstanding balance owed by you will be sent to you via mail or email. Alternatively, you may receive a phone call from the office asking you to pay your remaining balance.

To make a payment you may:

Call the office with your credit card handy. We will input your credit card information manually and email you a receipt.
